Fox Tree Creations currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Standard Shipping: This option offers a balance between cost and speed, typically taking 3-4 business days for delivery after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please Note:

  • These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and peak shipping seasons.
  • Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
  • "Business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

3. Order Processing Time:

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Our typical order processing time is 5-7 business days. Processing time includes verifying your order, preparing your items, and packaging them for shipment.

4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the following factors:

  • Shipping method selected
  • Weight and dimensions of the package
  • Destination address

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

Due to safety regulations and carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship certain items considered hazardous materials to all locations.

  • Hazardous Materials: This may include, but is not limited to, items containing flammable liquids, compressed gases, corrosive substances, or other materials deemed hazardous by shipping carriers and regulatory agencies.
  • Specific Product Restrictions: If a product is subject to shipping restrictions, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
  • Order Cancellation: Fox Tree Creations reserves the right to cancel orders containing hazardous materials that cannot be shipped to the specified destination. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping Address:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.
  • Fox Tree Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

7. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at info@foxtreecreations.com after a reasonable period has passed based on the estimated delivery timeframe. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and attempt to locate your package.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@foxtreecreations.com within 7 days of receiving the package. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

9. Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to reasons such as an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If the customer prefers a refund, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

10. Changes to Shipping Policy:

Fox Tree Creations reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Shipping Policy periodically for any updates.
