Can I customize my order?
Yes! Most of our products offer customization options such as names, messages, and graphics. You can personalize directly on the product page or contact us for special requests.

What types of leather do you use?
We use high-quality, full-grain and top-grain leather sourced from trusted tanneries, known for durability and beautiful aging.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Absolutely. We provide bulk discounts for corporate gifting, weddings, or special events. Contact us for a quote.

How do I place an order?
Choose your product, fill in any personalization fields, and proceed to checkout—easy and secure.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure options listed at checkout.

Can I change my order after it's placed?
We can make changes before production starts. Contact us ASAP if you need to adjust anything.

🚚 Shipping & Returns

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our typical turnaround is 5–7 business days for handmade production, plus shipping time. Bulk or custom orders may take longer.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship within the U.S., but feel free to reach out for international inquiries.

What’s your return policy?
If there's a defect or issue with your item, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Please note, personalized items are non-returnable unless we made an error. You can review our entire refund policy here.

🧼 Care & Maintenance

How do I care for leather goods?
Use a soft cloth to wipe clean and apply leather balm periodically. Store away from moisture and direct sunlight.

How do I care for engraved tumblers?

Engraved tumblers should be hand washed and allowed to dry on their own. Do not wash engraved tumblers in the dishwasher.

Will the engraving fade?
Nope! Laser engraving is permanent and designed to last a lifetime with normal use.
